Not a normal 5km.. read on. 30 Burpees, ran 2.5km, 30 Burpees ran back 2.5km. Totally savage, more worn out than a 10km run. Says it all really, doing the 90 day plan twice was easy, it is a set time, you could put things on hold. Living real life, keeping going and not undoing what you have achieved is the ultimate challenge.
